The Building Safety Act 2022 and its accompanying secondary legislation have transformed the way higherrisk buildings (HRBs) are planned, designed, constructed, and managed.

The new regime places far greater accountability and responsibility on clients and developers to ensure compliance is achieved from the earliest stages of a project through to completion and occupation.
